Google Business Profile management

Your Google listing is your new front door. We keep it open.

Most homeowners never reach your website. They see the box on Google Maps, look at the stars and the photos, and tap Call. We set that box up right and keep it alive every week. Setup free, whether you sign up or not. Plans from $397.

In plain words

What a Google Business Profile is, and why it matters more than your website.

It is the box that shows up on Google Maps and on the right side of a search: your name, stars, photos, hours, a Call button. Most homeowners never get past it. They pick one of the three in the map and call. That box is free, and almost every contractor leaves it half empty.
1
It is free. Google gives every business one. We claim it, verify it and set it up right.
2
It is where the calls come from. The Call button on the profile rings your phone before anyone sees your site.
3
It has to be fed. Photos, posts, review replies, every week. Google ranks the profiles that look alive.
4
We run it for you. Setup is in every plan. Weekly posts and management are in Local Leads and up.

Half the calls I hear about start on the map, not the site.

When I look at a new client, the Google profile is the first thing I open. Wrong phone number, one city, three old photos, no replies. That is the normal state, and it is why the company across town gets the call.
Fixing it is not complicated. It just has to be done every week, and most owners do not have a week to give it. We do.

Profile questions

Plain answers about the Google listing.

Do I already have a Google Business Profile?

Probably, even if you never made one. Google creates listings from public records, and half of them are unclaimed with the wrong phone number. Send us your business name in the free setup form below and we will check for you.

Setup is a one-time job: claim, verify, categories, services, hours, photos, service area. It is in every plan. Management is the weekly work after that: posts, new photos, review replies, Q&A, and watching for changes Google makes. That is in Local Leads and Market Domination.

If the listing was lost or duplicated, usually yes. We merge duplicates and recover the review history through Google’s process. It takes a few weeks and we handle the back and forth.

Yes, within the week, and we send you the reply first if you want to see it. A calm, specific reply to a bad review wins more customers than ten good reviews with no replies.

Google treats a profile with fresh posts and photos as an active business and ranks it higher. The posts also show up when someone taps your listing, so a seasonal special or a job photo is often the last thing they see before they call.
