Which plan? Here is what I tell people on the phone.

If your phone already rings and you just lose some of the calls, start with Lead Capture. It fixes the site and catches the missed calls for $397. That is most people who call us.

If the guy across town shows up on Google Maps and you do not, that is Local Leads. It is the plan most contractors pick, because it is the one that changes where you show up.

Market Domination is for companies with more than one crew who want page one in every city they work. If that is not you yet, I will say so.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, any month. Most contractors start on Lead Capture or Local Leads and move up once the report shows the calls are there. Moving down works the same way. Nothing to renegotiate, no fee to change.

What happens if I cancel?

Just let us know. Your service continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and your plan won’t renew after that. There’s no cancellation fee. Your website and your domain stay yours. If you’d like to take the site with you, we’ll export it and hand it over.

Are updates really done in 24 hours?

Yes. Text or email your project manager what you want changed, a new photo, a price, a whole page, and it is live within one business day. Unlimited means unlimited. It is the most used part of every plan.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The website is free and the first month is the same price as every other month. The Google profile setup before you start is free too, whether you sign up or not.

Do you work outside the US?

We work with contractors across the US and Canada. Your project manager is in Texas and works US Central hours.

What if I already have a website?

We will look at it when we set up your Google profile. If it is worth keeping we rebuild on it. Usually it is faster to start clean and move your domain over, which we handle. Either way you approve the new site before it goes live.

Is the website really free?

Yes. There is no separate website build fee or setup fee. Your website is included in the plan you choose, and it belongs to you from day one.

What does the free Google profile setup include?

A one-time setup done right: categories, services, hours, service area, description and photos, with a written summary of what we did. It is not ongoing posting or management; that’s what the Local Leads plan is for.

My profile is suspended, or I can't get into it. Can you help?

Yes. That’s the most common place people are at when they call. We start the reinstatement or claim process with you and tell you what to do when Google responds.
